These energies just flowed into my life... Hmmm we'll see how this weaves into my experience!!! :)

It's Christmas Eve, and I'm listening to this amazing music. Blissing out... It's truly powerful vibrational energy medicine with so many pearls of wisdom...

This week of visiting family and hometown friends has been so full of empowering love challenges and epic energetic blessings. I feel so awakened, so alive with the knowing that LOVE is truly the answer. Healing and changing the world on a spiritual level is the answer, this is where the true power lives and flows powerfully into the physical reality. 

This has been a major time of healing for me, learning the blessed lessons from the past, to move with FREEDOM and POWER into the beautiful dawn of this blissful new year. I've been cutting old cords and freeing myself from any & all limitations ~ with the LIGHT of CONSCIOUSNESS and the COURAGE of LOVE!!! Every time I choose love, my heart opens that much more and the fear becomes LOVE POWER. :)

To all my lovely brothers and sisters in this world and beyond, thank you for sharing this experience. It is truly an AMAZING time to be alive, I feel in my heart that TRUTHFULLY, from the deep KNOWING in my HEART, that 2012 is an opportunity for our SOUL's CREATIVE POWER to be more awakened, allowing our most amazing dream seeds to blossom in this reality, this amazing playground... The energies are now more fluidly in harmony with us so it's more important than ever to focus on what we LOVE, and loving that which may be challenging to love... We are luminous warriors and all here with great purpose & passion!!!! :)

Wishing you all so much beautiful energy to inspire your most free bliss and courage to live with your heart!!!! Giving love, listening deeply, sharing what you love the most with the world & giving yourself the permission to DO IT!!!! This is the time of freedom & transcendence as we CREATE the new world, exactly how we LOVE IT TO BE!!!!!!

How quickly life can flow! I really am amazed at the grand design of life. I am now living in Montreal for the winter, after a very smooth and synchronistic move. I'm honoured to be living in an amazing flat that feels like a cottage in the heart of the city. It's the perfect place to nurture, play, and lift-off into awesome touring adventures in 2012.

I feel so blessed for everything about my journey of life. All the challenges have proved to be blessings and I am left in awe, amazed, and trusting life more than ever. I have learned that the most important thing, throughout whatever happens, is to stay in my heart, feel my heart, and trust my heart. When a delicate little dream seedling yearns within it, I protect & nurture it, while also surrendering to the highest good. This is my recipe. :)

I dyed my dreads HOT PINK this morning, a really bold move, but one that I am so happy about!!! I look in the mirror and see more *me* than ever. That's what beauty is about, I feel, discovering and expressing our true essence and what makes us feel the most loving joy. 

Tonight I'm going to my first yoga class in a long time. I am really loving my body these days and it feels good to take the time to cherish and heal it, or her I should say. :)
